Ivica Spasovski leads the hybrid agency Propeller Collective, bringing together top experts in advertising to shape a better future through influential campaigns. Under his leadership, McCann Skopje has become a leader in the field, winning the first Gold Lion at the Cannes Festival, while McCann Tirana and Albania have also achieved their first successes on the international stage. Although Ivica has already achieved significant successes, he continues to strive for further progress. Inspired by the words of Candace Bushnell, who called him "the future Mr. Big" over 20 years ago, he tirelessly works towards realizing his ambitions.
